Feeling so inspired after our Christmas gathering with the High Desert Maternal & Birthworkers Collective 🎄✨

There’s something incredibly empowering about bringing doulas, midwives, pelvic floor PTs, and more into the same space. When we collaborate across disciplines, we don’t just share knowledge—we expand what’s possible for the families we serve.

Every conversation reminds us how powerful a united birth community can be. Together, we’re building support systems that honor every stage of the perinatal journey and make care more accessible, compassionate, and evidence-informed.

She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She believes in empowering her patients through education, movement, and individualized treatment plans to help them regain confidence and function in their daily lives
