Wrapping up Hispanic Heritage Month with a spotlight on one of our incredible teachers, ✨ From salsa rhythms to hip-hop beats (and even her own original music!), Tamara brings her whole self to the mat. Off the mat, she’s a singer, songwriter, dancer, choreographer, and actress lighting up stages across SoCal. Her favorite pose? Child’s Pose — a reminder to slow down, feel serene, and find stillness. 🧡 After her class, you’ll leave feeling ecstatic, elated, and inspired. Tamara has been teaching with CorePower Yoga for 10 years and leads classes across all formats, though she’s especially known for her high-energy Sculpt!
