Located at the corner of Cedar Avenue and 160th Street in Lakeville, Minnesota, the clinic serves patients of all ages and offers a wide range of optometry examinations, tests, and treatments. Partners Joel Sollom, OD, and Jonathan Schorn, OD, combine traditional and innovative techniques to diagnose, treat,

and prevent eye diseases and conditions. They also provide LASIK evaluations, emergency eye care, and specialty eye exams for patients with glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetes. They’re experienced in treating chronic conditions such as macular degeneration and retinopathy. Beyond the treatment of eye conditions, the doctors at Focused Eye Care offer a diverse range of stylish glasses. The office carries both designer and affordable frames to meet everyone’s needs. They also have a variety of prescription and polarized sunglasses available. For your convenience, Focused Eye Care contracts with most insurance plans. The office also offers Saturday hours and emergency eye care.

Please note that this is our FARMINGTON location, the Lakeville office remains the same!

We’re excited to announce that Focused Eye Care in FARMINGTON is moving out of the Family Vision space to a new office just steps away from the current location!

Moving day is NEXT Tuesday June 24th, so we will be closed for that day.
Starting Wednesday June 25th, we will be seeing patients at our new location:

19685 Pilot K**b Rd, Suite 240
Farmington, MN 55024

Our new office is conveniently located just south of the CVS parking lot, on the second floor across the hall from Imperial Chiropractic. So, you'll pull into the same entrance you would for our current location, pass the current office and we're in the brick building on the right. Our office is on the second floor and for your convenience, elevator access is available on the main level.

We look forward to continuing to serve you in our BRAND NEW space and appreciate your continued support as we make this transition.
