Thank you to Ecumen's Manager of Dining Services for coming out to do a cooking demo and tasting of possible menu items for our Autumn Leaves Restaurant. We got to taste Indian Creamed Spinach, Butter Chicken, and a Passion Colada Mocktail. Residents had so much fun watching the demonstration and trying the food!

Another great day to be out on the lake!

We had another wonderful outing with Let's Go Fishing - Eden Prairie Area. The weather was perfect for a day out on the lake and everyone caught at least one fish. Looking forward to our final trip of the summer in August!
