A huge congratulations to Brandon and LeAnne on the early arrival of their beautiful baby girl. Rylee made her debut a month early, but she’s strong, thriving, and already home from the NICU 💪💗

We know LeAnne is so missed around here,
while she’s on leave we’re working to fill her spot ….(we know no one can replace her magic hands) but will do our best!

We cannot wait to have her, and baby Rylee back with the AV Chiro family!
We’re already looking forward to Rylee’s very first chiropractic adjustment! 👶✨

Quick Reminder: Stay Safe While Shoveling!

Minnesota friends - as we dig out from this latest snowfall, remember to:

- Warm up before heading out
- Push snow when possible, instead of lifting
- Bend your knees, not your back
- Take small loads and frequent breaks
- Stop immediately if you feel chest pain or dizziness
