Shout out to Dr. Haggerty of Fourth Trimester Doc for filling such a critical gap in care for postpartum moms and babies.

I remember going home after having my baby. The pediatrician told me I needed to bring him in one week later for his check-up. I was just one week postpartum myself, carrying a car seat that weighed more than 15 pounds, trying to navigate recovery and new motherhood. That appointment was for the baby. I don’t remember seeing anyone for my own care for at least six weeks.

Dr. Haggerty has bridged this gap. She comes to you, mamas—providing care for both you and your newborn without you ever having to leave home.

Postpartum is such a crucial time. Moms need and deserve all the support they can get. 💛

Time today with Dr. Kristen Hager, Chiropractor, made it so clear how deeply passionate she is about caring for women and babies—especially through pregnancy and postpartum. I loved learning not only from an incredible provider, but from a solopreneur who truly leads with heart.

Moments like this are such a reminder of how powerful collaboration is, and how much better patient care becomes when we work together. At the core of it all is simply caring deeply about patients and their health. 💛

Becoming a new mom comes with an immense amount of responsibility, and feeding your baby—especially breastfeeding—can bring pressure, stress, and guilt when it doesn’t come easily.

Seeing a lactation consultant helped me personally more than I realized at the time. Lactation specialists are trained professionals who help guide, support, and reassure moms through challenges without judgment, making the journey feel far less overwhelming.
