Along with our home page we are here to provide you with current information, updates, tips and special promotions we provide during the year. We are the most affordable Personal Training Program in the High Desert. All of our Personal Trainers are Certified Personal Trainers, CPR and First Aid Certified and have several years experience. We offer 2 free Training sessions to EVERY gym member and

1 free session to ANY guest. We are dedicated here to help meet all of your fitness and health goals. We will offer consistent support, motivation, guidance and education to ensure greater health and longevity for life. We specialize in all age groups from children to seniors, wieght management, conditioning, weight training, weight loss, and buddy training.
