AC Rural Health Clinic September 5⭐ Patient Comments

This month's batch of patient feedback made it known that our patients think the ACRHC is friendly and professional every step of the way: from the receptionist on the to schedule, to front desk check in, and to the provider during the visit. Words such as "welcoming", "friendly", "pleasant", "professional" and others were sprinkled throughout most of this past month's feedback. Happy Patient Account Management Week to our EMH and AC Rural Health Clinic Business Office Staff: Cindy Johnson, Jessica Ransdell, Jessica Harrison, Terri Pierce, Michael Wriston, Beverly Johnson, Tamilee Moran, and Michelle Irby! These individuals handle the billing and collection process for the hospital by processing insurance claims, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and resolving billing discrepancies. They also assist patients with inquiries, set up payment plans, and ensure that accounts are accurate and up-to-date. Thank you for all you do! Your hard work is a critically important one which supports the financial success of our hospital. EMH is so grateful for all that you do!

The 2025 EMH Community Block Party is just around the corner! Mark us on your calendar for September 27th, 2025. Stop by Ellett Memorial Hospital from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM for a fun day for the whole family. For the kids we will have: a bounce house, inflatable games, kids games, face painting, and a petting zoo! For the adults there will be a variety of vendor booths, ready for customers to shop! Don't forget about our reduced-price lab draws!

We can't wait to see everyone at the Block Party!

This past month patients noted their complete confidence in Jamie O'Farrell, FNP, as well as remarked on her knowledge and clear communication.

Congratulations Stacey!

Join us in congratulating our EMH September Employee of the Month, Stacey Dobbs!

Stacey was nominated for Employee of the Month because she is genuinely one of the happiest people at EMH/ACRHC. She always has a big smile on her face and she takes time to greet everyone she sees, including fellow employees and patients. Stacey makes everyone feel like they are important, no matter who they are. Patient reviews by patients who have seen Stacey at the ACRHC positively sing her praises. On top of that, Stacey shows up to work early every day and makes a point to always stay busy. Stacey has shown a strong dedication to making our facility one of the finest around. The AC Rural Health Clinic will be CLOSED next Friday, July 4th for Independence Day. The clinic will re-open on Monday, July 7th.
