A year and a half ago I started the rebranding and expansion of formerly Bridge Massage and Wellness Clinic. The expansion was put on hold.

Yesterday I finally ordered the updated signage!

It’ll be here in a couple of weeks!

I am so excited to branch out, serve more people, and educate y’all on why massage is not just a luxury. It is health and wellness care.

Job description:

We’re looking for reliable, compassionate, and knowledgeable massage therapists who see massage as essential healthcare, not just a luxury. Team players with professionalism, heart, and a growth mindset, who are ready to help us create a calm, healing space for our clients and community.

We care about your integrity and love of sharing your skills with the community, and are willing to work with you to grow your client base if you are just starting out, or support you and your clients if you are already an established therapist looking for a new company to partner with.


You will be hired as an employee. The wage structure ensures that you will always be compensated for your time. A range of $25-$40 per massage hour depending on experience, and a flat $15 an hour for other tasks, including writing your notes, cleaning, scheduling while in the office, among other various tasks. Tips will always be 100% yours!

We are looking to hire 2 therapists who would like to pick their own schedule. As long as there is a minimum available hours to work 10 clients a week, you can chose when you see those clients!

The hours you can chose within are 9am-9pm every day, including weekends. The last session would start at 7pm at the latest to ensure the safety of our therapists.

– Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start date).
– Professional liability insurance.

Repair is part of healing.

This past week reminded me of something important:
We all get overloaded. We lose our center.

But what matters most is that we come back.

In my own life, that “coming back” looks like repairing with my children after moments of exhaustion or stress. It looks like apologizing, hugging longer, listening deeper, and choosing love even when it would be easier to shut down or avoid.

Our bodies hold the weight of both our stress and our love.

Just as tense muscles can be softened through massage, our relationships can be softened through repair. Both are a process of returning to presence and connection… to truth and love.

I am not perfect, and I don’t believe healing requires perfection. What I do believe in is accountability, repair, and love that keeps showing up.

That is the heart of my work. In every session, I see how repair shows up in the body, and how giving ourselves care creates more space for love in our lives. Self love is self care, and it is vital.

✨ Healing is not about never breaking.
✨ It’s about chosing to find our way back.
