πŸŽ₯ β€œPeople with disabilities deserve the opportunity to choose where and how they live.” – Preston

Preston recently shared his story and why projects like My Housing Voice matter. His perspective is an important reminder that housing conversations need to include the voices of self-advocates themselves.

If you are a self-advocate with autism or an intellectual/developmental disability (A/I/DD), we want to hear from you. Your experiences, ideas, and preferences matter and can help shape future housing conversations and opportunities across Northeast Wisconsin.

You do not need to be actively looking for housing to participate. Every survey response helps us better understand what people truly want and need in their communities.

Tonight is the FINAL in-person My Housing Voice session!

Over the past several weeks, we’ve had meaningful conversations with self-advocates, families, caregivers, and supporters across Northeast Wisconsin about housing needs for individuals with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities (A/I/DD). Tonight is the last opportunity to participate in person before the survey closes on May 25th.

Attending in person gives you the opportunity to:
βœ” Learn about housing possibilities and supports
βœ” Ask questions in real time
βœ” Connect with others
βœ” Share your experiences and ideas directly

Your voice matters, and the more perspectives we hear, the stronger this project becomes.
