I am in a cycle of pouring into myself and holding space for myself. 🌑🌒🌓

With that I am temporarily putting private sessions on hold while I navigate this part of my journey. I will reevaluate in June 😊🌠

I will still be doing my group drum washes and real talk Thursday lives when I can.

Thank you for allowing me the space I need to navigate this red road and what it means for me. Remember to practice self love and tell yourself you love yourself!
