Teaching daily living skills isn’t just about training the basic skills! A lot of emotional regulation and discipline goes into getting yourself to engage in daily routines of self-care! In transitions we focus on developing a lot of self management skills so people can successfully get themselves to do all those non-preferred chores and self-cares!
