The learning never stops! We attended TWO trainings this past weekend - one virtually and one LIVE in Minnesota.

That said - I’m SO fired up 🔥to remind you all that we must be our own best health advocate nowadays! Keep learning about how you can take care of yourself and your loved ones in the way you think, move, sleep, breathe, drink and eat AND how to have a healthy level of protection against harmful substances that our body was never designed to deal with in the amounts it’s being bombarded….Our environment has changed SO much (not for the better) in the last 10-years…

Here’s the GOOD NEWS? — YOUR BODY WANTS TO HEAL ITSELF!! 👏🏼 And there’s people out there who TRULY care and have made it his/her MISSION to expose the bad and share the good 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋‍♂️…Many of those people have had to overcome/manage their own struggles which is why we spend real time with you, get it when it’s hard and new and are always with you in the process. It’s a journey.

Keep learning. Keep going.🫶🏼

PS. What was supposed to be a 5 hour car ride for us on Friday turned into 7 hours…at least some of the training was virtual! 🚘🤣

The learning never stops! We attended TWO trainings this past weekend - one virtually and one LIVE in Minnesota.

We all need to prioritize budget. That's why we do our best to make quality coaching affordable while promising individualized, holistic care.

If you know 1 or 2 others who you'd love to workout with, DUO or TRIO training is a great option. You'll still receive our unique assessment, education and with a 1:3 or 1:2 coaching environment, we can still give you a tailored, hands-on experience so you get results.

Also, clients can choose to pay for services in installments so it's not all up front, and you may want to check with your insurance about the possibility of using your HSA.

Ever wish you could be a fly on your coaches kitchen wall? Here’s a little sneak peak at our upcoming meals. I love how stress-free our meal prep & shopping trips have become (even with a toddler!) thanks to Nourishing Meals🙌🏼 See link in bio & look for “meal prep support”.

It really helps to get in & get out and having an organized list makes all the difference…

➡️stay within budget 💸 To save more this week, Im choosing meals that include ingredients we already have at home.
➡️not thinking about what to eat on the daily😵‍💫 (spend time on it once for the week or however it’s best for you—for me, it’s one day/week I use app & plan)
➡️Recipes filter to your special ingredient restrictions or desires (your preferred “diet”..I prefer to say “meal plan” 😉 but you get the point)
➡️easy share or print feature (depending on who shops)

Paul, BIG congratulations to you on NEVER EVER GIVING UP!🌟 In addition to recently completing a dream race event with your son, you're taking charge of your overall well-being, and we think that's super cool! We're thrilled for you and can't wait to see what comes next. Thanks for trusting us, being coachable, and sharing your journey with others.

Anyone who has suffered with chronic illness can attest to how mentally and physically challenging it is. The road is long and sometimes what hurts the most is that people without it, can't understand. Those suffering can end up feeling lonely and without answers.

We get it - because we've been there. It's also one of the reasons we started Atlas and strive to grow as holistic health practitioners.

It's never too late to start again and you don't have to do it alone. If you're struggling to regain your health or function, perhaps we can be a part of your care team and get you moving in the right direction. 🫶

Sometimes you have to succeed so that others realize their dreams.

We love to have fun in the gym too🏋️‍♀️ - we wouldn't be here if we didn't! But be wise in your exercise habits so that you reach your goals without sacrificing long-term function.

There's something called the F.I.T.T. principal:
F - Frequency
I - Intensity
T - Time (duration)
T- Type (method)

Sadly, the fitness industry has become more about participation than people. It targets groups versus the individual. Each of you has as story and it's wise to treat exercise like medicine. Each person needs a specifically prescribed type and dose.

We agree with The Gray Institute in that the exercise selection, volume and intensity performed should stimulate the body and desired musculature to achieve a purpose.

Going to "failure" every workout or comparing sweat & soreness isn't a strategy. It's self-harm.

What are some of your favorite Christmas food traditions? 🎄

This year momma is prepping a breakfast-for-dinner casserole ahead of time so that we can relax together after family visits and evening church service. I’ll simply pop in the oven and we’re good to go. 🙌🏼

Shout out to our brother Owen for the delicious farm raised bacon 🥓 & friend Brooke for the sourdough bread that’ll go so well with this. Such a special treat 🤤
