The EWG puts out a new list of The Dirty Dozen (highest levels of pesticides and other chemicals) and The Clean 15 (lowest levels of pesticides and other chemicals). Here are the most recent lists. The Dirty Dozen is a great place to start choosing organic options. And you can feel pretty safe eating non-organic from The Clean 15 list. Feel good about your choices while staying in budget!!!
