Our Resident Linwood Cranes are Impatiently Waiting for Their Soup!

Calling All Chili & Soup Eaters (Even Cranes!) TODAY
Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 11 am - 1 pm

425 N Linwood Ave, Appleton

Join us for a great lunch, which includes samples for taste testing, a bowl of soup of your choice, tasty dessert and our famous Linwood fellowship. Your $8 donation will support our elevator reconstruction project.

Soup carry outs are also available for $8 (3 cup container). Soups available include: Chicken & Wild Rice, Chicken Dumpling, Cheesy Broccoli, Potato Cheese, Tortellini, White Chili, Red Chili and Beef & Barley.

Special thanks to all the soup makers including our friends at Jacobs Meat Market and Old Glory Café.

We celebrated Christ’s birth with worship led by Pastor Erik Roth, Christus Lutheran Church-Greenville, WI . We were pleased to have Pastor Erik’s family join us for a southern breakfast complete with grits, fresh biscuits and gravy supported by a Thrivent Action Team grant. Thanks to our family and friends for your continued generosity. Merry Christmas!

SHOP and SUPPORT LINWOOD! The COUNTDOWN BEGINS!

We are putting the final touches on our Annual Harvest Silent Auction. Support Linwood Community by shopping in our online auction. Bidding begins on Friday, November 14 at 4 pm and ends on Monday, November 24 at 12 noon.

Our auction includes baskets filled with gift certificates to local businesses, wine, wood crafts, chocolates, homemade cookies, scones and soup, Timber Rattler & Packer tickets, local paint and pottery/mosaic classes, events at the PAC and much more. The donations of auction items from our community has far surpassed our expectations and we are thankful.
