Giving this rockstar a shout out as there are three more opportunities to catch her classes this year! 🤩 Cristi will be continuing to teach as a sub at the studio into the new year. She’s been with us since the beginning on her mat and plans to still see you in the studio practicing alongside you. We’re bringing the warmth and healing sensations of Hawaii to you with this ultra-soothing 90 minute restorative experience. Think hot stone massage meets relaxing postures to release tension and create calmness within. Relax into supported yoga postures with the addition of hot stones placed to further relieve tension in your muscles, especially in your shoulders, back, and hips. The heat from the stones will help to increase blood flow to a certain area to enhance the restorative process.

The studio will be a Hawaiian like warm temperature, and essential oils will further transport your senses to the South Pacific. The studio will be extra serene ~ lit with soft candlelight. To further enhance this experience, some gentle sound healing will surround you including rain sticks, an ocean wave drum, and crystal singing bowls. Lavender scented eye pillows, a bolster, blanket, yoga towel, and yoga blocks will be provided. Please bring your mat and a water bottle. We recommend long sleeves and socks for easier placement of the hot stones.

Lauren Quella & Sandi Toppins will be your Hawaiian hosts for the evening. Investment: $45 ~ Visit www.graceunderfireyoga.com/events to reserve your spot. Please arrive by 6:50 to get settled ~ the studio door locks at 7:00. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
