We are elated to welcome back this immersive sound experience led by nationally known ShaamaahS at our studio! This special offering will be held at dusk to enjoy the cosmic light effects that are offered to further enhance your experience.

ShaamaahS is a project developed to perform a unique form of ambient music involving Tuvan Throat Singing, Evocative Mantra, Bansuri Flute, and Subtle Symphonic Soundscapes. Sound Meditation is very prominent these days, and most of us are simply curious on how it can help us achieve focus and rediscover our inner awareness.

As humans we are walking energy, vibrating at multiple frequencies. This “Oscillating Prana” performance engages the subtle energy body and allows for a person to truly immerse themselves with the music, simply by being present with it. The goal of all ShaamaahS compositions is to perform an ambient meditative sound experience that has the potential to relax, improve health, explore inwards and reach the true teacher and ultimate intelligence within all of us.

This immersive sound experience is the ultimate mode to mentally reset. Limited spots are available, so make sure to invest in your wellness by saving your spot!
$45 for this 1.5-hour experience, no refunds available. * One ticket per person, meaning each individual needs to be registered through our MindBody scheduling, with their ticket assigned to their name. Staycationing for Spring Break? We’re bringing the warmth and healing sensations of Hawaii to you with this ultra-soothing 90 minute restorative experience! Think hot stone massage meets relaxing postures to release tension and create calmness within. Relax into supported yoga postures with the addition of hot stones placed to further relieve tension in your muscles, especially in your shoulders, back, and hips. The heat from the stones will help to increase blood flow to a certain area to enhance the restorative process.

The studio will be a Hawaiian like warm temperature, and essential oils will further transport your senses to the South Pacific. The studio will be extra serene ~ lit with soft candlelight. To further enhance this experience, some gentle sound healing will surround you including rain sticks, an ocean wave drum, and crystal singing bowls. Lavender scented eye pillows, a bolster, blanket, yoga towel, and yoga blocks will be provided. Please bring your mat and a water bottle. We recommend long sleeves and socks for easier placement of the hot stones.
