We always recommend avoiding sunburns by practicing sun safety. But we understand it can happen. If you're dealing with red, painful skin after sun exposure, here’s how to support recovery:

• Use an aloe-based moisturizer to soothe and support healing.
• Stay extra hydrated to help your skin recover from moisture loss.
• Avoid popping any blisters to reduce the risk of infection.
• Wear soft, breathable clothing and stay out of the sun while your skin heals.

The air in airplane cabins is extremely dry, which can leave your skin dehydrated and irritated. Don’t forget to:
✈️ Apply a thick moisturizer pre-flight.
💧 Drink plenty of water.
