Friday, we celebrated our Re-Grand Opening here at Lotus Gardens with a ribbon- cutting ceremony. The event was a success, thanks to the wonderful turnout and the participation of the Fox Valley Chamber of Commerce. It was a joy to see so many new faces and were so grateful for the chance to re-introduce our community. We look forward to becoming a vibrant and welcoming part of the neighborhood.

Come join us for our first family night here at Lotus Gardens. We will be Decorating Pumpkins to kick off spooky season. We are so lucky that St. Croix Hospice has been so gracious to donate the pumpkins for this event.

Fifth day of Assisted Living Week, our community was buzzing with Excitement. What started as a friendly nerf target practice quickly escalated into a full-blown Nerf war, with our dining room becoming the battlefield!
After all the action, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, followed by a wheelchair wash the brought on a ton of laughs and smiles. It was a day with laughter friendly competition, and fun.

Assisted Living Week, day Four. Today we were able to tour St. Joseph Food Program here in Fox Cities. We learned How big of an impact they are on our community.

St. Joe's 2024 Impact:
3,579,359 Pounds of Food Distributed
Pounds distributed to their pantry clients and outreach services at a value of $7,659,828

33,840 Client Visits
At their pantry alone, they had 33,840 client visits from 2,919 individual families. They had 1,003 new client families register at St. Joe’s for pantry services.

1,430,786 Pounds of Food Donated to St. Joe’s
from our amazing community provided 1,430,786 pounds of food through food drive and food donations throughout 2023, a value of $3,061,881.

42,480 Backpacks Distributed
St. Joes distributed 42,480 backpacks to 68 schools across 9 school districts to ensure that students have food throughout the weekend.

Day two of Assisted living Week was a vibrant fiesta! The air buzzed with excitement as residents and staff came together for a special Taco Tuesday celebration. Our dietary made a delicious spread of build-your-own-tacos, allowing everyone to craft their perfect meal. The festive atmosphere was made complete by the lively tunes of the mariachi bands. To top off our afternoon we all took a few swings at the pinata. What a fun memorable day!
