For 25 years, Touchmark on West Prospect has been more than a retirement community—it has been a place of connection, purpose, and belonging for older adults in the Fox Cities.

Recently featured in The Business News, Executive Director Stephanie Buchanan reflected on the evolution from our original Grande independent and assisted living homes and cottages into a vibrant, full-service campus offering independent living, assisted living, early memory care, and memory care—all rooted in relationship-centered care and our mission to enrich people’s lives.

Over the past 25 years, residents, families, and team members have helped shape a community where people feel known, valued, and supported through every stage of life. We’re grateful for the trust of the Appleton community and excited for what the next chapter will bring.
