Being well-adjusted means listening 👂 so attentively to someone else's words that your smile begins with your eyes. 👀

To be well-adjusted involves teaching yourself that the world does not revolve around you. 🌍

Being well-adjusted means offering your seat on the metro to a tired girl your age. 🤗

It is also well-adjusted to see a piece of trash on the sidewalk and choose to pick it up instead of stepping around it.♻️
