We have a Fall Equinox / New Moon Sound bath coming up this Saturday starting at 7:00pm. We fill the studio with vibrational sound to help get the energy body moving and release stagnant energy. Take a break and give yourself an hour of much deserved self care.

A big congrats to the absolutely fabulous foley for being the first member to complete 50 bungee classes at Unleash Studio!

Michelle started her bungee journey the first week we opened back in April. She’s been consistent for the last 5 months; learned so many skills, and brings her smile and sass to every class (yes even to our boot camps!)

Halfway through September; have you gotten back to or decided to start your self care. Our physical health is the foundation or root of our life. Movement is so important as we get older and we have lots of chances for you to get into the studio to move.

Also we're brewing up some fun for the month of October including some special prizes and giveaways for those that come into the studio. If you aren't subscribed to our Flyer's club newsletter make sure you get on it. We're announcing everything there first!

Make sure to book your spot in an upcoming class, we've published the schedule through the end of year (although we may make a few tweaks as we get feedback). See you in the studio soon!
