January brings a wave of people back to the gym, starting couch-to-5K programs, or finally dusting off that stationary exercise bike. The motivation is there, the plan is set… and then about a week or two in, something starts to hurt.

The holiday break is over, and for many of us in the Fox Valley, that means we’re back at our desks, back in meetings, and back to sitting for hours at a time.
