I trained at Blue Sky School of Professional Bodywork and Massage with a particular focus on neuromuscular therapy (NMT), a type of medical massage. I also offer Swedish relaxation and deep tissue. As someone who previously worked in the healthcare field for several years prior to becoming a therapist, I saw so many patients going through the healthcare system who felt unseen, unheard, and walked away feeling like just a number. At Body in Balance, I believe that each person has an important story to tell. Listening to YOU is one of the most important tools I have as a therapist (besides my hands!) to try and get to the root of the problem! I am passionate about being able to help my clients achieve a better quality of life with less of the aches and pains that come along with it! Each one of my clients receives a massage that is unique to their body and their specific needs. EveryBODY has a story - I'm excited to hear yours!
