What are you doing Saturday January 24th?

I am in clinic that morning for your routine or acute office visit needs for established or new patients at Family Care of the Fox Cities! Call or go online to make your appointment and check your 2026 wellness visit or next med adjustment off the list. Or schedule a convo to talk about that wacky skin tag you have been meaning to get rid of but haven’t wanted to take off work to do so! Stay tuned on the Family Care page or here or give us a call at 920-730-2747 for future Saturday openings if this one doesn’t work for your schedule. We understand illness doesn’t only happen from 8-5 on weekdays 😉.

My condolences to the two families going through the loss of their children. One death from covid19 and the other from influenza. If you are a patient of Family Care of the Fox Cities and would still like your or your children’s vaccine(s) this season, please call any business day to schedule with one of our nursing staff. 😔

It's news we were hoping we wouldn’t have to share this season. Two children in our state have died from respiratory illnesses. Please, protect yourself and your family: dhs.wisconsin.gov/news/releases/121825.htm

So make sure you get your two shingles vaccines and one pneumonia vaccine if you are over 50. Get your tetanus vaccine (which includes pertussis prevention) every 10 years. And of course get your influenza vaccine yearly- your brain doesn’t love high fever.

AbstractImportance. Dementia is a highly prevalent issue in older people. Whilst the prevention of dementia is a public health priority, the role of vaccin

If you haven’t been following Dr Beachgem yet- now is the time. She is a pediatric ER doc that is great at sharing things in an easy to understand but also very evidence based manner. This point is a fantastic one- a why you will likely not hear me ask a child IF I can look in their ears, rather “Which ear can I look in first?” .
