I am a terrible cook! I also can be a sucker for fast food. Those things plus a busy summer schedule can equal disaster for healthy meals. So whether I am preparing for a soccer tournament out of town or working a long shift or 2 at urgent care, I need help. Thanks to Whisk & Arrow for this week’s haul. Another go-to is Produce with Purpose Farm- I will show off their salads next time I go (if I remember before I scarf).

Most local folks don’t know this resource exists yet in our backyard (Kaukauna). No more excuses that you don’t have time to cook healthy meals for yourself and your family because Fox Valley Meal Prep can do it for you. No more losing your mind trying to decide what to pack for work lunches and then ordering fast food or take out. No more letting tons of groceries go to waste because you run out of energy to use what you bought. Wouldn’t it be fun if you were to do a before and after with your a1c, cholesterol, sleep and/or how you feel after doing 6 months of their meals a few times per week?

Families, self-advocates, caregivers, and supporters across Northeast Wisconsin have already shared powerful insights about the housing challenges and hopes they have for the future of adults with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities (A/I/DD).

Every survey response helps paint a clearer picture of what our community truly needs. More voices means stronger data, better advocacy, and more informed future housing solutions.

Do you know I have a degree in athletic training? It was one of my first loves and my first taste of medicine. We always said, it was best for the athletes when we were bored 🤪. I sure learned a lot and enjoyed being in the sidelines 🥰. God bless our local athletic trainers on the front lines with some of the longest work days!
