🧡 Studio Manager: Megan 🧡

Hi OTF Appleton! My name is Megan Rubin and I will be joining the team as the new studio manager. I’ve spent much of my professional career in the corporate world with a focus on training and customer experience. I hope that these previous experiences and my time as a former member of OTF Appleton will bring a useful perspective and make me a valuable member to the team. In my free time I enjoy working out, traveling, and just spending quality time with my husband Dan, daughters Nora and Marin, and sweet dog Ellie. I can’t wait to reconnect with all the familiar faces and many new ones as well. See you all in the studio!

Hii!! Most of you already know me 😜 but for those of you who don’t.. 👋🏼 I’m Vanessa! I grew up in CA, got my degree in fitness from San Diego State University and have been a strength coach, online coach, personal trainer and group fitness trainer for the past 10 years. When I moved here, with my now husband Myles 🥰, I started as a sales associate for OTF Appleton and then became a coach and have been doing that for the past 6 years 🤩 wow does time FLY 🤯

Meet Kara — one of the incredible founding members of OTF Woodlake! 🍊

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

For Kara, it’s the friendships, support, and shared goals that make OTF feel like home. She’s a big fan of Tread 50 and already has her sights set on Strength 50 next! 👟🧡
