We will start off at 10am with a “Beat the Bloat” seminar with Functional Nutritionist

Then our studio manager Dee is very excited to lead everyone in a FREE 45-minute outdoor Pilates class:)

We will also have here doing hand & scalp massages!

You will have the option to add on a 45 minute infrared sauna session or 15 minute red light therapy for a discounted rate🔥
