This is what an upline of mine does for immune support and she also has amazing energy! I do many of these things but I need to step it up a bit, especially now with the winter months approaching.

Many of you have asked me what my routine for supporting my immune system is right now.

Here's the foundation of what I'm doing each day. There are other oils I add in that vary and there are certainly other parts of my daily routine but these are the ones focused on immune support 💪

No lie, this floor mat of our van came clean, with almost no effort, after owning it 12 years!!! That's 12 years of carpooling, spills, and dirt from my boys. Now it looks brand new and with no toxic chemicals!!! Thank you On Guard Cleaner!

Maybe this is goofy to post but I was very excited about it. So, the large carpet mat in the back seat of our van, T-shaped also going between the two seats, had never been washed, only vacuumed about once a year.😱 The van is 12 years old. So dirty with spots from spills, mud spots, etc. I couldn't stand it any more. I took it out of the van, hosed it down, then it occurred to me to try the OnGuard Cleaner Concentrate. OMG it's like brand new!!! I only wish I had taken a "before" picture. You would not believe this pic is the same carpet, not a new one.

Did you know you can upcycle your empty oil bottles in lots of different ways? One thing I do is make my favorite combo into a blend that I use after shaving or if my skin is dry in winter (which is most of the time).

Instead of opening all 3 bottles each time, I just get a couple drops of my blend, mix in my hand full of lotion, and apply. A win for this mom-on-the-go!🏃‍♀️
