This busy mom continues to show up for herself and works hard every time she comes! She brings so much joy to our classes and always has the biggest smile on her face… even when we make her lift a little heavier! CONGRATS TO MISS TINA‼️ 5️⃣0️⃣ CLASSES 🏆

That means 50x Tina has decided to show up for herself. That also means there have been 50 classes full of sass! She has gotten SO much stronger and we really couldn’t be prouder. Her biomechanics, core strength and mobility have all greatly improved! she really is THRIVING 💫
