ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Our counselor, Lori, and her intern, Tia, are going to be running another group for "Navigating Your Teen Years." This time they're looking for clients in the range of 10 to 13 years old.

We will be beginning this group on July 10th from 4pm-6pm and it will run weekly through September 11th. We may adjust the time of group once school starts so that we can accommodate everyone's schedules.

This group will focus on topics such as ✨ self-care strategies, ❤️ healthy relationships, and 🫧 emotion regulation.

We ask for $50/session or to bill through insurance. Please reach out to us with any questions, or to be added to the list! 📞
