Fox Valley Surgical Specialists is proud to support the Outagamie County Back To School Program in partnership with Faith Child Care. This incredible initiative equips hundreds of K–12 students with the supplies they need for a confident start to the school year.

This year, our team donated over 600 items — from backpacks to crayons — to help ensure every student is ready for that important first day. 💛

We are asking for the community’s help in locating Eliotte Heinz, the 22-year-old sister of one of our team members. Eliotte has been reported missing in La Crosse, WI, and was last seen in the early morning hours of Sunday July 20, around 2:30 AM at Bronco’s Bar.

She was last seen wearing cut-off jean shorts and a grey/white t-shirt.
