✨ Exciting Professional Update! ✨
After nearly a decade of dedication, study, and hands-on practice, I am thrilled to share that I am now officially an Auricular Acu-Technician Trainer. This means I am fully certified to provide POCA-approved trainings—both locally and beyond!

For those new to the modality, AccuDetox (Auricular Acupuncture / NADA protocol) is a trauma-informed, community-based intervention that uses five specific ear points to support the nervous system. It has been shown to help with:
• Stress and anxiety regulation
• Trauma recovery support
• Emotional grounding and stabilization
• Substance use recovery
• Community healing and wellness

This practice has been profoundly meaningful in my own life, and I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful and accessible it can be for community wellness, trauma response, and integrated care settings.

🌊 Attachment Styles as Rivers, Lakes & Currents

How your nervous system learned to love, protect, and be seen.

Our attachment styles shape the way we move through connection—how we reach out, how we pull back, and how we feel in our own bodies when someone really sees us.

To make this easier (and more compassionate) to understand, I created a water-based metaphor:

✨ Secure = A Regulated River
Steady, flowing, adaptable. Connection feels grounding.

✨ Anxious = A Flooded River
Always rising and falling, seeking reassurance and safety.

✨ Avoidant = A Frozen Lake
Still, protective, self-contained—keeping vulnerability beneath the surface.

✨ Disorganized = Colliding Currents
Longing and fear happening at the same time. Unpredictable emotional tides.

None of these styles are flaws.
They’re survival maps—patterns your body formed long before you had words.

And the most beautiful part?
Your waters can soften, thaw, flow, and reorganize with support, safety, and embodiment.

My embodied healing photography experience was created with this in mind—helping you understand why being seen can feel terrifying or freeing… and helping you meet yourself gently as you step into visibility.

Big news! I just stepped into the mic for the very first time and poured my heart out on the podcast titled “Finding Wholeness: Eating Disorder Recovery – Wisdom Through Fire (WTF)”. 🔥
This conversation is unfiltered, grounded, and deeply personal—no fluff, just authentic story, healing, and the kind of truth that comes when you stop hiding in the shadows.
I spoke about what it means to move through trauma, reclaim our bodies and voices, and hold space for healing in all its messy, beautiful forms.
