✨ Happy Birthday to me 💖

Today, I celebrate more than just another year — I celebrate life, healing, and strength. I want to thank everyone who has walked with me through this journey.

There was a time I was deeply afraid — afraid for my life, and most of all, for my children. Surviving breast cancer changed me in ways I never imagined. It taught me to fight, to surrender, and to hold on to hope.

Along the way, I found Pilates — not just as movement, but as a lifeline. It became a sacred part of my healing, helping me reconnect to my body and rebuild from the inside out.

Today, I’m here. Alive. Grateful. Stronger.
And I’m holding space for anyone still in their own battle — you are not alone.

Here’s to life, love, breath, and this beautiful second chance. 🎂💫
