t functioning. The facility has four private and forty-eight semiprivate rooms. Each room is beautifully furnished. Toilet facilities are located in each room. Each room is wired for cable television and telephone. Each resident has the option of utilizing those services on an individual basis. The facility is beautifully decorated and quality furnishings are used throughout. The dining room, recreation room, beauty and barber shop, and well equipped therapy room are features of the facility. The facility is designed to provide a quality environment to support an individual resident’s lifestyle during convalescence. Lake Crossing Health Center is able to lead the profession in availability of programs and services through a combination of both highly specialized employees, as well as professional contractual arrangements, for rehab services. Our personnel are dedicated to the recovery of the resident. Our mission to help each resident to succeed pilots our rehabilitation program. Our trained professionals dedicated to positive outcomes provide challenging opportunities in therapeutic intervention to our residents. Our rehabilitation team is composed of licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist that unite to help each resident achieve the maximum possible level of health and independent functioning. All our therapist work under orders set by the resident’s physician. We combine clinical and therapeutic care with patience and empathy.
