Our team came together to enjoy a delicious Loaded Baked Potato Bar, and it was more than just a meal—it was a moment to relax, laugh, and appreciate one another. From extra cheese to all the toppings, everyone built their perfect plate while strengthening the bonds that make our workplace so special.

Our center is located in historic Appomattox, a charming town in the Heart of Virginia. We're just a short drive from Centra's Southside Community Hospital and Lynchburg General Hospital, and have been proudly serving the Appomattox community since 1989. We also serve patients in the greater Appomattox area including Oakville, Hollywood, Concord, Hurtsville, and more.

Step inside our center and you will find a welcoming atmosphere with friendly faces around every corner. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-air rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring a successful road to recovery.

At Appomattox Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re very proud of the care we provide and are also proud to be able to give back to the communities we serve. We support health education and community involvement in many ways including blood drives, an annual health fair, Relay for Life, and more.
