Oak Tree Wellness Center OTWC offers counseling services for children, teens and adults, massage and Reiki. Clinicians offer services by appointment only.

Oak Tree Wellness Center is a service-based business offering individual, couples and family counseling as well as other alternative therapies including Reiki. Counseling services may be paid for by insurance or self-pay options. Several insurances are accepted including Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Optima, PCHP, Medicaid and Virginia Premier. Special events such as meditation groups will be advertised periodically.

Meet Nicole Campbell, LPC! With 12 years experience in the mental health field, Nicole brings great things to our practice!

She works with children, adults, couples and families and specializes in Trauma work, ADHD, grief, anxiety and depression. She is EMDR informed trained and among other approaches, uses CBT, DBT and Solution-Focused techniques.

Currently, Nicole is accepting new Telehealth clients and takes Medicaid and Aetna. She will also be accepting in person clients soon. She has a waiting list for Anthem and Tricare. You can schedule with her by emailing her at Nicole.Campbell.OTW@gmail.com

When Oak Tree opened its doors nearly 20 years ago, mental health counseling was still very taboo. Lately, I've been seeing more posts sharing resources in the community and it's very exciting! We've come a long way here in Appomattox, now with two private wellness centers, Oak Tree and Aspire, offering different services for the community! So glad we're open and sharing about the importance of taking care of ourselves and each other!
