Haven't posted here in FOREVER!! (long story, it's related to me having NO clue with technology)...BUT .. summer is like 5 minutes away so NOW is the time to come dance at Seascape Fitness every Monday/Wed/Fri and SAT/SUN at 8 a.m. (I don't teach all of those classes but I do the Mon and alternate Sun)... Tomorrow 8 a.m introducing new fun Shakira and yes, ABBA!!! So much fun!

The wonders of Zumba... Sunday a bystander watched the last 15 minutes of my class... She called it "brilliant" and said all the music kept her smiling.. Another student asked for my whole playlist.. Monday a student called my class her "antidepressant".. Never mind the toning and weight control benefits, it will lift your spirits and literally change your mood! Come dance with me soon!

Some pics from our Hawaii trip! I haven't posted here in forever because I haven't figured out how to post pics from my Iphone! And pics are so much more exciting! So, for 2015, I offer classes at Synergy (formally Dancesynergy) every Mon/Wed at 9 a.m. and every other Sunday at Seascape fitness at 8 a.m.! Come on out and burn 800 calories without even trying! Let's get ready for Valentine's Day which will be here in about one minute!! I have been dubbed "A triple shot of espresso" by my Sunday students! Come get your shot!!!

Today I got to lead a bunch of lawyers from Kaiser Permanente in Zumba . . some had never done Zumba and they were awesome! They got their groove on.. Hope to see you all Tues/Thurs at Dancesynergy.... so much fun, and it's legal!!! (9:30 a.m)

Why do we look so happy? Cuz we now have Zumba on THURSDAYS as well as TUESDAYS as DANCESYNERGY... 9:30 a.m.!! This is short/bikini weather so let's add a day and get to our goals quickly! See ya tomorrow for the best play-out you will ever have! (it's too fun to be called a work-out!)
