The workouts are well rounded and she’s great at making accommodations and adding stretches when needed. She’s also encouraged me to sign up for 5ks and it’s kept me walking regularly. Next up! Changing the date to next weekend - Saturday 11/22 Seacliff State Beach 8:30am. Family bootcamp means that everyone is welcome (partners, friends, kids, dogs).
$20 for individual
$30 for family (all kids any age free)

This will be a casual workout with lots of options for everyone. If you want to do stairs and have a weighted vest/pack, bring it!
