Marshall Primary Care LLC We are a primary care office specializing in patients of all ages. Pediatrics by appointment. Someone will come outside to your vehicle to collect a nasal swab.

We are offering rapid COVID testing at this office, but we ask if you are having ACTIVE COVID symptoms, to please remain in your vehicle and call our office to check in 256-640-8416. Please also send a copy of your insurance card and ID to our office email at office@marshallprimarycare.org. We CLOSE for lunch every day from 12PM-1PM. We take appointments & walk-ins are welcome but in order for our staff to take a lunch we do not take walk-ins past 11:00 AM. We also do not schedule new patient appointments past 3:30PM, or established patients past 4:15PM due to us closing at 5PM. Thank you for your understanding.

Mini leprechaun versions of Tray have been popping up all around the office. If you spot one while you’re here, snap a photo and let us know where you found him!
