1-2:30pm

Jill will lead a 60-minute slow flow while Joni, AmSat certified Alexander Technique teacher, accompanies everyone with hands-on assistance to allow for more balance, coordination and release.
Then settle into deep relaxation with a 30-minute sound bath by Joni, also a certified vibrational sound practitioner using crystal singing bowls, Kashi chimes, her voice and gong.

i'm back MONDAY and hope to see you!!! note the pain clinic this thursday with Stacy (she's an incredible source of knowledge!) and the nutrition workshop next saturday the 16th with Liza Durkin!!!

Jill is back on Monday nights and Suzi Hartzheim is back on Wednesday nights. Semra is gone one Tuesday so Breia will be teaching. Danna and Sarah are filling in for Breia and Suzi & Vicky is taking some time off of teaching this month. Saturday morning classes with Breia will be focused on the Chakras starting this month and Detox Flow on Fridays will be themed to music & the studio will be slightly heated.

Our monthly yin class was rescheduled to this week Wednesday. Won’t you join me for this nourishing practice?

Join Jill for a 75 min class of yin yoga this Wednesday at 5pm.
This practice will focus on the metal element that governs the lungs, associated with the fall season. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where positions are held for 3-5 minutes. This practice is nourishing and challenges us each to go deeper within.

Bring a mat and any props you may have (blankets/towels, blocks, strap, bolster). Beginners and all levels welcome. Register via MindBody to confirm your spot. $15 drop-in or use your package.
