Thinking of switching to Cottrill’s Specialty Pharmacy? If you or a loved one would like to get their specialty medications from Cottrill’s the process is simple. Call or email us at 844-268-8745, patientcare@cottrillspharmacy.com. A patient care coordinator from Cottrill’s will contact you to obtain the documentation that is needed which includes:

➡️ Valid script from your physician
➡️ Copy of your insurance cards
➡️ Date of last fill
➡️ Date that you will need your medication filled next
➡️ Ancillary supplies that are needed

Your Cottrill’s patient care coordinator will work with you and your doctor to make sure that your prior authorization is in place, and they will assist you with any manufacturer co-pay programs or grants that you may qualify for, if needed.
