WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a gentle, balanced, healing energy that is shared by placing Reiki attuned hands in a series of positions on or slightly over a clothed body or any living being including plants and animals.

Reiki promotes healing by creating relaxation to help the body find balance and heal itself.

Reiki is the universal life energy, the Practitioner is attuned to, not their personal energy.

Reiki is not massage and can be conducted without touch via absentee Reiki or Distant Reiki.

An attunement is the process that enables the Practitioner to connect to and share the universal life energy.

Reiki is not a religion and NOT a replacement for medical care.
