Home Health Plus, offers a comprehensive quality of care for long term patients in the comfort of the patient’s home. We have been operating since 2013 and currently looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Full-Time & Part-Time Night Shift Home Health Skilled Nurse in Monrovia, CA.
A minimum of $1,040 pay per week and additional benefits are offered to the qualified applicant who is willing to help the elderly and individuals with disabilities to maintain the best quality of life.

Location: Monrovia, CA
Required care: Patient is 31 years old vent dependent. Training and shadowing is provided. Care consists of monitoring patient status, maintaining activities of daily living, administering medications, suctioning and breathing treatment and feeding via pump. All care is supervised by an RN Case Manager.

• $1040 - $1160 pay per week, open for negotiation

Requirements
• Covid-19 Vaccinated
• Current LVN/LPN license
• Valid CPR card
• Trach and vent certified or willing to be certified

• Current TB Test Results (valid up to 1 year) or current Chest X-Ray (valid for up to 2 years)
• Bilingual (optional)
• Previous experience in home health
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
• LVNs will be given a detailed plan of care instructed and administered by RN Case Managers
• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
• One patient and one location
• Schedule Options:
• 8 Hours Shift Monday to Friday (8AM – 4PM) Full-Time
• 8 Hours Shift Monday to Friday (12MN – 8AM) Full-Time

· We offer comprehensive quality of care for long term patients with the home of the patient. All LVNs will be given a detailed plan of care instructed and administered by RN Case Managers. One patient, one location, 7-hr shift, 9am-5pm or 10pm-6am shift, Monday-Friday, Full time & Saturday and Sunday, Part time.
