Coming up on a year, as supervisor at the workshop. I have learned so much. I truly love my crew and I'm beyond thankful for the opportunities I get to help be a positive influence in the lives of our individuals, here in the beautiful Arcadia Valley. 🌲

We are hiring a part time supervisor. For more information please contact Deb at 573-546-1010. Must pass a background check and be able to pass a drug test if requested.

If applying, I would seriously educate yourself what a Missouri Sheltered Workshop is and what it is all about.
Must be experienced in Microsoft excel.
Must have at least 3 years supervising experience.
Must be able to work with individuals with a wide range of disabilities.
Must beable to successfully multitask.
Must have experience in piece work and assembly work.
Must be open to constant change.
Have a class E license.
CPR certification is a plus.
Must be willing to keep the best interest of employees always 1st.
Retail experience is another plus.
Drive a box truck as needed.
Willing to be or get forklift certified.
Pay starts at $14.75.

Must bring resume with you and a list of work references!!!
