Seeking relief from MGD discomfort? Try this simple 3-step routine designed to alleviate symptoms and promote eye health.

Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) is a common eye condition that affects the meibomian glands, which are tiny oil-producing glands located in the eyelids. These glands secrete oils that form the outermost layer of the tear film, helping to prevent evaporation of tears and maintaining moisture on the surface of the eye. When these glands become blocked or dysfunctional it can lead to a variety of symptoms and eye problems, such as dry eyes, inflammation of the eyelid margins and eye irritation.
