First responders don’t meet people on their best days, they meet them on their worst.

On Who Cares…, retired law enforcement sergeant James Snow shares what it’s like to move from crisis to crisis, call after call and why mental health care must be part of the job, not an afterthought.

This episode is an honest look at the cost of service and the importance of support, therapy, and community for those who protect others.

🎙️Season 3 is HERE!🎙️

What does healing look like after nearly 30 years on the front lines?

In this new episode, Dr. Wendy Selevitch sits down with James Snow, a retired law enforcement sergeant, to talk about the realities of service, the toll of trauma, and the courage it takes to ask for help and begin again.

It’s a deeply human conversation about mental health, identity, and finding peace beyond the badge.

As we kick off 2026, we’re feeling incredibly proud of what we built together in 2025.

From hosting our 3rd Annual Private Practice Mixer and returning to in-person learning, to expanding Who Cares…, and showing up across our local communities and beyond—this year was rooted in connection, care, and growth.

We’re grateful to every provider, partner, speaker, guest, and community member who trusted us, shared space with us, and helped make this year what it was.

We’re carrying this momentum into the year ahead and we can’t wait for what’s next. 💛
