I can not believe that we are only 15 days away from Christmas! I love this time of the year even though the holidays can be joyful but also overwhelming. Remember to be present, give yourself grace, set gentle boundaries, and embrace small moments of comfort and connection. Taking care of yourself isnโ€™t selfishโ€”it helps you enjoy the season fully.

12 years ago today I taught my first yoga class. What I have learned through this journey is immeasurable. I feel that I have learned more from those who have joined my classes than they have from my teaching. The strength, courage and humbleness that I have learned will always be with me. Thank you for being part of this journey with me and I look forward to teaching again in the near future. Namaste.
