I just got back from a trip, and my heart is full.

I met people who were hurting so badly, they could barely walk, move, or enjoy life. Their world felt small.

Then I was reminded of this:
God gives each of us a gift.
And when we use that gift, we can help make someone else’s world bigger.

That is what this week felt like for me.
A reminder that even one small act of care can bring hope, relief, and joy.

If God gave you a gift, do not hide it.
Use it to help someone today.

✨ Arise and Shine ✨

Have you ever felt God nudging you toward something bigger… even when it feels a little scary?

This verse has been on my heart lately:

“Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”
— Isaiah 60:1

Years ago, I never imagined I would be stepping into opportunities to speak and share my story. I was simply a nurse who loved helping people and wanted others to understand their bodies and their health.

But over time, God kept nudging me…
Keep learning.
Keep sharing.
Keep serving.

And now doors are opening for me to speak to more people about hope, healing, and empowerment.

To be honest, it’s a little humbling… and a little scary. But when you know something has the power to help others, you can’t keep it to yourself.

So I’m choosing to arise and shine… not for me, but for the people who are still searching for answers.

If you’ve ever felt a small nudge in your heart to do something bigger…
don’t ignore it.

Sometimes that nudge is God calling you to step into your light.

✨ Maybe this post isn’t just for me… maybe it’s your reminder too: it’s time to arise and shine.
