My client came to me struggling with overwhelm about her jobby job & anxiety about showing up in her coaching business. And in just FOUR days she experienced a massive shift.

So much so she messaged me this morning a little stunned about the results!

She managed a project at work like a boss and she has been effortlessly showing up on her socials for her business. For her this is a major shift!!

Here's how this happened....

Mind does not know the difference between a REAL threat (life/death situation) and a PERCEIVED threat (anxiety about something not life threatening).

What we did was get the message to her subconscious that what she was perceiving as a threat is NOT a threat.

and then....

Attach interest & appeal to taking the actions she wants to take that before she was reacting to as if it were dangerous.

It's that simple & that complicated at the same time.

There is a secret sauce type of way to get the messages past the conscious analytic mind and when you can do that BOOM!!!

You see the results!!
