Today's Tea Tuesday blend features our Positivi-Tea. A wonderful herb blend for helping aid in this change in seasons while keeping us uplifted. Our lovely friend Tulsi promoting that sense of calm as well as helping clear mucus from pollen at this time of year. Lemon verbena giving it a refreshing citrus flavor and uplifting energy. Rose with its demulcent and astringent promoting love while opening our heart and reducing inflammation. Spearmint adding a soothing touch of minty flavor and even more support to calm inflammation. Cinnamon with its warming circulatory stimulation and sweet, spicy flavor. Lastly Ashwagandha comes in with its soothing adaptogenic properties lessening stress and nourishing your whole nervous system in turn aiding your immune system and sleep regulation. A deliciously potent blend perfect for this early spring weather!
