Join us for our Basic Holistic Massage Therapy class starting September 22nd and running through November 20th!

Over the course of 9 weeks, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of massage—including history, theory, and hands-on practice. Each class blends book work, discussion, demonstrations, and guided touch.

Our Prenatal Massage Therapy Class taught by Jewel is going on &we need a couple more guests to have a free 1hr relaxing massage from our students. October 23&24th. Please contact us if you’re interested or know any soon to be mommas in need of a soothing, stress relieving massage! Any & all trimesters are welcome.

Our vision since the 80’s 🌻 Loving Hands Institute also holds community workshops, student clinic, and massage therapy clinic. We are the only Certified school in Humboldt county. Founded by Dr. Rosalind Skyhawk Ojala, an Interdenominational Minister and Sacred Pipe Carrier of Native American & European Ancestry, a Principal Chief of the Pan American Indian Association Thunderbird Clan of Redwood River Lodge. Skyhawk was ABMP certified massage therapist and taught and facilitated classes in the Advanced Healing Arts and Holistic Health Education since 1969. She continued doing massage and teaching until her passing in 2015. Her teachings continue on through the students that are now teachers and director of the school.
